His main area of competency and expertise is in consulting services in personal insurance, specially in the development of retirement, life and health insurance products.

He worked for 3 years as a Technical Analyst in the Life Area of Juncal Group, participating in the development of retirement and life insurance products and creator of the first ilustration software of Individual Life in Argentina (Plan Estrella- 1988).

Consultant for more than 6 years in Towers Perrin / Marcu y Asociados as well as heading the firm´s system area. While working for this Consulting Firm he was able to advise the main multinational life insurance companies which started up in the country such as: EAGLE STAR Argentina, La BUENOS AIRES/NEW YORK LIFE, GENERALI Argentina, AISA UAP, ZURICH IGUAZU, SUDAMERICA, PRINCIPAL, AETNA VIDA, OMEGA/JEFFERSON PILOT.

In 1996 he worked full time on the restructuring and drawing up of an Individual Life Insurance development project for the INCA Group (Insurance Company).

Since 1989 he was a member of the teaching staff in the Financial Calculations Department of the University of Buenos Aires.

In November of 1997 he opened his own consulting firm specially designed for new products and consulting services for Personal Insurance companies, Retirement and Pension Administrators as well as Work Accident Insurance.

He is a graduate Actuary of the School of Economic Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires and a System Analyst graduate of the School of Administative Sciences of the Salvador University.
